Academic Publication Achievement of Our Faculty Members

The study entitled “Determination of Prunus avium L. (White-Starks Gold Cherry) Antioxidant, Proliferative and Pro-Healing Activity”, conducted by Lect. Dr. Gamze YILDIRIM and Lect. Dr. Alican Bahadır SEMERCİ, members of the academic staff of our Vocational School, has been published in the international journal European Food Research and Technology, which is ranked in the Q2 quartile.
