Biodiversity of Türkiye: Halkapınar Field Study

Among the elements that make up the ecosystem are living and non-living things such as plants, animals, soil, water and air. These entities have certain relationships within themselves and with the living things around them. These relationships, which form the basis of the natural order, show that living things have a mutual dependence on each other. At the source of this diversity are phenomena such as geographical conditions and climate differences. In this context, in order to explain the importance of biodiversity to the students of the Medical Laboratory Techniques Program of our Vocational School and to introduce the ecosystem in our immediate environment, applied training was given in Halkapınar forest land. During the educational trip, plant flora and ecosystems were introduced and awareness was raised.
