In his speech, it was emphasized that the Battle of Çanakkale was not only a military success but also one of the strongest manifestations of our nation’s unity, solidarity, and spirit of sacrifice. The event, which was followed with great interest by the students, addressed in detail the hardships of the war, heroic stories, and the critical role of the victory in Turkish history. Furthermore, the importance of younger generations understanding their past in order to take more conscious steps toward the future was highlighted.

We respectfully commemorate with gratitude and mercy all our martyrs who fearlessly fought in defense of the homeland for the independence of the Turkish nation in Çanakkale and on all fronts.
