The ceremony began at 9:05 a.m. with a moment of silence accompanied by sirens, followed by the recitation of the National Anthem. The event, attended by academic staff and students, was marked by emotional moments.

Following the moment of silence, Assistant Director Lecturer Hayrullah Evci delivered a speech highlighting the meaning and significance of the day. In his address, he emphasized that Atatürk’s ideas, principles, and reforms continue to guide the Turkish nation.

The program concluded with the screening of a short film depicting Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s life, ideas, and struggles. It was underlined that Atatürk’s legacy is not merely a subject of remembrance, but a way of life that should guide us every day. Participants expressed that following in his footsteps is the assurance of a modern and strong Türkiye.
