The seminar, led by Lecturer Dr. Gamze Yıldırım, featured presentations by students Fatma Kaya, Beyza Gülperi Uygun, and Senanur Solmaz, who explored the concept of “Quality” in all its dimensions through the businesses they had designed as part of the activity. The students discussed the foundations of sustainable quality management, providing practical examples that illustrated how a quality-oriented approach can be implemented across different areas of the private and public service sectors.
