Training Seminar on TÜBİTAK 2209 Projects

At our Vocational School, a “Training Seminar on TÜBİTAK 2209 Projects” was organized to encourage our students to actively participate in scientific research processes and to foster a strong project culture.

Within the scope of the seminar, the general structure of TÜBİTAK 2209-A and 2209-B programs, application requirements, evaluation criteria, and project preparation processes were discussed in detail. Students were provided with comprehensive information on the fundamental stages of project writing, including identifying original and feasible research topics, conducting literature reviews, formulating hypotheses, planning methodologies, and preparing project budgets.

In addition, through examples of previously funded TÜBİTAK projects, key points to consider during the application process were highlighted, along with common mistakes and strategies to avoid them. Students’ questions were addressed in an interactive environment, and various aspects of the project preparation process were clarified.

At the end of the seminar, the importance of enhancing students’ scientific research skills, increasing their academic productivity, and encouraging their participation in national research funding programs was emphasized once again.
