The club is an initiative voluntarily led by Durdu Nagehan Çağlar Kabınkara, a faculty member at the School of Foreign Languages, and is run with the active participation of students. The Writing Club aims to help students develop their English writing skills, strengthen their grammar and vocabulary, and encourage critical thinking and creative writing skills.

In the first session, students individually wrote paragraphs based on a given theme. The written texts were then read aloud and evaluated together in the classroom. Participants had the opportunity to develop both their writing and interpretation skills by providing mutual feedback.

The Writing Club will continue its activities with regular sessions aimed at supporting students’ language learning processes, enhancing their written communication skills, and making foreign language learning more interactive.
