All institutions/organizations/groups that want to benefit from the Erasmus + Program; have to register in the Single Registration System (Unique Registration Facility: URF) of the Participant Portal of The European Commission and obtain a 9-digit PIC code (User Identification Code). This number will be used to access the application forms and for the communication of the National Agencies with the beneficiary institutions/organizations/groups.
