About Us

Necmettin Erbakan University, Ereğli Agricultural Faculty was founded by the decree dated 29.06.2020 and numbered 2704 of the President of the Republic of Turkey. In this context, the former Ereğli Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences was closed, and the Department of Biosystems Engineering was transferred to our faculty. The establishment of our faculty is continuing rapidly and the laboratory facilities and research/application station are in the process of being completed, which should be in a short while. In the meantime, new departments are planned to be opened in the upcoming period. Our students who complete the four years’ education period in our faculty earn a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering.
