Assoc.Prof. Ali Fuat Baysal

 

He was born in Istanbul in 1968. He completed his graduate studies with the theses on "Rumi Motifs Used in Anatolian Seljuk Art in Konya" and "Painted Decoration Samples and Analysis of Mosques from the Early Ottoman Period in Edirne".

In addition to his participation in solo and group exhibitions in the field of Illumination and Painted Decoration Art nationally and internationally, he has published books, articles and papers on Turkish ornament arts.

 His academic career began in 2008 at Selçuk University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Traditional Turkish Arts in 2008. He actively works as Associate Professor at Necmettin Erbakan University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture, Sub-Department of Painted Decoration.
