Announcement of Additional Exams for Students Who Have Reached the Maximum Duration of Study

Within the framework of Article 44(c) of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and Article 16 of the Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation of Necmettin Erbakan University, and in accordance with the principles set by our University Senate; students enrolled in the programs of our faculty who have exceeded the maximum duration of study (i.e., those who have not completed their undergraduate program within 7 years) are granted two additional exam rights upon application by petition for the courses they have never taken, failed due to absenteeism, or failed due to insufficient grades.

Application Dates: July 28, 2025 – August 1, 2025
Application Method: Applications can be made in person or online via https://talep.erbakan.edu.tr/giris.
(For online applications, signed petitions must be uploaded in PDF format.)

1st Additional Exam Period: August 11, 2025 – August 15, 2025
2nd Additional Exam Period: August 25, 2025 – August 29, 2025

• Exams will be held face-to-face.

• Students who have exceeded the maximum period and are taking courses in the summer school must also apply within these dates. The exam schedule for these students will be arranged after the announcement of summer school grades.
