Turkish Music State Conservatory

Necmettin Erbakan University Turkish Music State Conservatory was established in 2011 under the name of “State Conservatory” and its name was changed to “Turkish Music State Conservatory” in 2016-2017 academic year in line with its mission and vision and its founding objectives.

As a result of the establishment of departments, programs, majors and departments at undergraduate and graduate level in accordance with the field of Turkish music, the creation of qualified staff in the field of Turkish music and the development of physical conditions for the Conservatory, today, “Department of Instrument Education” and “Department of Instrument Education” under the department and “Department of Voice Education” and “Department of Voice Education” under the department were established within our Conservatory. In line with the same purpose, the Conservatory continues to work on the creation of qualified performer academic staff in the fields of Turkish music instrumental/vocal performance and education, improvement and/or development of physical conditions, and continues academic studies and performance activities in the field of Turkish music with the performance committee formed within our Conservatory.

Currently, within our Conservatory, under the Department of Instrument Education / Instrument Education Department, 1 Professor Doctor, 1 Associate Professor Doctor, 1 Assistant Professor, 1 Assistant Professor, 2 Lecturers, 2 Research Assistants;

In the Department of Voice Education / Voice Education Department, there are 2 lecturers;

In addition to these, there are a total of 9 academic and 6 administrative staff, including 1 Conservatory Secretary and 5 Civil staffs.
