The Human Axis Community at our Faculty, advised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Çetin from the Department of Primary Education and chaired by Primary Education student Kamile Nur İlik, has been awarded national support for their project submitted under the ÜNİDES – University Student Communities Collaboration and Support Program, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The project, titled “Social Inclusion in the Education of Migrant Children: Field Findings and Student Workshop,” aims to observe the educational experiences of migrant children in the field, gather data on challenges and policies through interviews with teachers and institutions, and analyze the findings. Within the scope of the project, our university students will develop practical solutions to these challenges through a workshop, enhance social inclusion and professional awareness, digitize the findings to share with public institutions, and create an innovative and replicable model. We congratulate Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Çetin, Academic Advisor of the Human Axis Community, Project Coordinator Kamile Nur İlik, and all participating students for their contribution to this meaningful and valuable project, and we wish them continued success in their work.
