Prof. Dr. Nuri Köstüklü’s work titled “Kâzım Karabekir Pasha” has been published by the Turkish Historical Society.

Our faculty member from the Department of History Education, Prof. Dr. Nuri Köstüklü’s latest work titled “Kâzım Karabekir Pasha” has been published by the Turkish Historical Society. Prof. Dr. Nuri Köstüklü stated, “At the request of the Turkish Historical Society, the leading institution in the field of history in Turkey, this work was prepared for a general audience. This research explores the life of Kâzım Karabekir Pasha, who left significant marks on recent Turkish history. In the study, Karabekir Pasha is examined from multiple perspectives—as a soldier, a politician, an educator and cultural figure, and a family man—using new information, documents, and interpretations. At the same time, it sheds light on many lesser-known aspects of Turkish history from the late 19th century to the mid-20th century.”
