In accordance with the regulations concerning students who have reached the maximum period of study (completed four years/eight semesters), the following Additional Examination Schedule has been announced:

Application Period: August 11–14, 2026

Additional General Examinations: August 25–27, 2026

Additional Make-Up Examinations: August 28–29, 2026

Important Notes

Note 1: Students who wish to exercise their additional examination rights for all failed courses—including courses not taken or failed due to non-attendance, with the exception of internships—must submit an application petition between August 11 and August 14, 2026.

Applicants are required to complete the application form provided below, sign it with a handwritten signature, and submit it as a legible PDF file to the Vocational School's official e-mail address: [email protected]. Unsigned applications will not be processed.

Note 2: All additional examinations will be conducted face-to-face. Students whose applications are approved are required to attend the examinations at our Vocational School on the scheduled dates.
