Every Drop Matters: A World Water Day Awareness Project

Every Drop Matters: A World Water Day Awareness Project

Second-year students of the Banking and Insurance Department at our Vocational School carried out an awareness project dedicated to World Water Day within the scope of the “Volunteer Studies” course.

Aiming to promote water conservation awareness across the campus, our students placed eye-catching posters in common areas such as the cafeteria and restrooms, featuring messages such as “Every Drop Matters” and “Do Not Waste Water.” Through this initiative, attention was drawn to the limited nature of freshwater resources, while simple and practical conservation measures—such as turning off the tap while soaping hands—were emphasized.

We congratulate our students for reminding our campus once again of the fact that “Water is Life” and for contributing to the enhancement of environmental awareness. We also invite all our staff and students to be mindful of water conservation and to avoid water waste.
