Within the scope of the Volunteer Studies course, a “Seminar on Combating Addiction” was held at Necmettin Erbakan University Konya Ereğli Kemal Akman Vocational School for students of the Criminal Enforcement and Security Services Program and the Court Office Services Program under the Department of Law.

The training, delivered by the Narcotics Crime Bureau of the Ereğli District Police Department, addressed topics such as the concept of addiction, the process leading to addiction, the influence of peer groups, and awareness in combating addiction. Short films shown during the seminar contributed to raising students’ awareness of the issue.
