ATTENTION STUDENTS WHO WISH TO TAKE TEACHER TRAINING COURSES IN THE SPRING SEMESTER OF 2025-2026

Information for Students Wishing to Take Pedagogical Training Courses in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year

Students wishing to take pedagogical training courses in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year must fill out the application form below correctly, scan it (in pdf format) and send their application to https://talep.erbakan.edu.tr/giris

- Applications that are unsigned or illegible will not be accepted under any circumstances.

*When creating your request, please write ‘Pedagogical Training Course Selection’ in the ‘Request Description’ section.

Note: Applications submitted after the application dates will not be accepted under any circumstances.

EXPLANATIONS
- Second-year students may only take second-year courses.
- Third-year students may take second-year and third-year courses.
- Fourth-year students may take second-year, third-year, and fourth-year courses.
- Pedagogical training courses taken by second- and third-year students will be included in the 45 ECTS limit.
- The pedagogical training courses taken by fourth-year students will not be included in the 45 ECTS limit.

**FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS**

1. I submitted an application during the autumn term. Do I need to reapply?  
- Yes, you need to reapply.  

2. I did not apply during the autumn term. Can I still apply?  
- Yes, you can still apply.  

3. Will the courses I take be included in the 45 ECTS?
 - Only if our second-year students' field courses reach 45 ECTS, these students cannot take pedagogical training courses. If it is below 45 ECTS, they can take pedagogical training courses up to 45 ECTS.

- Even if our fourth-year students exceed 45 ECTS, they can take pedagogical training courses.

4. I forgot to submit my application. Can I submit it later?
 - No, no re-application will be accepted for students who did not apply for any reason.

5. I submitted my application. Has my application been accepted?
 - Applications that are not signed and scanned legibly will not be accepted under any circumstances.

6. My application has been approved. Will the courses be added to my course registration?
 - The approval of your application indicates that your application is valid. Whether the courses will be added to your course registration will be determined after the review.

7. My application has been rejected. What should I do?
 - Please act according to the response given to your application. If necessary, you may reapply within the specified timeframe.

8. When will the training courses be processed in the OBS system?
 - They will appear in the students' system on 03 Fabruary 2026.
