“It is a great source of pride for us that our students have successfully represented our university and returned with medals and trophies. We believe that gastronomy education should not be limited to theoretical knowledge alone, but should also be supported by practical application, hands-on experience, and a culture of competition. The rankings achieved by our students are a significant outcome of our educational philosophy and disciplined approach. Our goal is to cultivate well-equipped, highly qualified gastronomy professionals who will successfully represent Turkish cuisine on both national and international platforms.”
