Our faculty has been nominated as a flagship award in four different categories within the scope of the "Accessible University Awards" organized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), as part of its efforts towards accessibility and inclusive education in higher education. In line with the work carried out to support the equal participation of students in education, social life, and academic processes, our faculty has attracted attention with its practices in the areas of accessibility in physical spaces, accessibility in education, and accessibility in socio-cultural activities. Adopting an accessible and student-centered campus concept, our faculty is resolutely continuing its efforts to strengthen the vision of an accessible university. The nomination of our faculty as a flagship award in different categories is an important indicator of the sensitivity and sustainable work demonstrated in the field of accessibility. Practices that support the more active participation of students in academic and social life also contribute to our university's inclusive education approach. We would like to thank all our academic and administrative staff who contributed to this process, and we would like to share with the public that our efforts towards the goal of an accessible and barrier-free university will continue to increase.
