In-Service Training titled “Domestic Communication” was organized for our staff by the Directorate of Personnel and Administrative Affairs of our Presidency

Overview

Our Presidency, as the Personnel and Administrative Affairs Branch Directorate, organized an in-service training titled “Communication within the Family” for all our staff on Friday, January 10, 2025 at the Mevlana Conference Hall of Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Theology.

Participants learned about the importance of establishing healthy and effective communication within the family. Strategies for building healthier relationships between family members, developing empathy and listening skills were also discussed during the training.

This training aims to help staff develop stronger communication skills in both their professional and personal lives. Thanks to the training, the participants had the opportunity to demonstrate a more understanding and effective approach in family relationships.
