Overview
The Dining Hall staff of our Directorate participated in the “Professional Knife Training” seminar organized by the Faculty of Tourism and Gastronomy Community of our University on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 between 11.30-12.30.
Within the scope of the seminar, training was provided on the basic techniques of knife use in the kitchen, safe usage methods and professional kitchen skills. The event, organized by expert trainers, aimed to increase work efficiency in the kitchen by providing both theoretical and practical information to the participants.
This award, which was given as a result of the evaluation of expert trainers in the field, once again demonstrated the professional equipment and skills of our chef.
Participation in such activities that contribute to the professional development of our cafeteria staff is considered as an important step towards improving service quality. We would like to thank all the organizers who contributed.
