Within the scope of the studies to increase quality awareness and spread quality culture at our university, a training was held to provide information on quality processes.

The "Quality Management System Training" organized by our Quality and Accreditation Coordinatorship was held at the Faculty of Science Graduate School in a single session on February 14, 2024 at 10:00.

The meeting began with the opening speech of Quality and Accreditation Coordinator Prof. Dr. Ahmet TÜRKAN. He specifically provided detailed explanations regarding the contributions of the Strategic Plan to be prepared for the comprehensive measurement of Unit-level BIDR reports within the framework of PDCA and at maturity level.  Prof.  Dr.  Türkan stated that conducting needs analyses, gathering stakeholder opinions, and based on this, establishing the institution's mission, vision, goals, and objectives, along with defining performance indicators, will greatly contribute to the institution progressing with concrete steps towards its future.

Subsequently, NEU Quality and Accreditation Coordination Office staff member Computer Engineer Asuman GÜNERHAN gave a presentation on how to use the "Corporate Governance Information System" menus for "Performance Indicator Definition and Reporting," "Risk Management Definition and Reporting," "Process Management Definition and Reporting," and "Evaluation Definitions."
