For all students preparing for university!
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR) is a therapeutic approach that aims to desensitize the effects of disturbing past events that continue to cause distress in the present, through recurring mental images, negative thoughts, emotions, body language, etc.
Academic studies have shown that test anxiety can be reduced through group EDMR (Electrophysiological Research and Mitigation) sessions. In our work at the Trauma Application and Research Center, we aim to reduce test anxiety levels and improve academic performance among students in groups of five.
Our workshop will consist of two 90-minute sessions from November 12-19.
