Üniversitemize kayıt hakkı kazanan Uluslararası öğrencilerimizin 27 Temmuz - 21 Ağustos 2026 tarihleri arasında kayıt hakkı kazandıkları Fakülte / Meslek Yüksekokulu öğrenci işleri birimine aşağıda istenen belgeler ile birlikte şahsen başvurmaları halinde kayıtları yapılacaktır. / Candidates who have the right to enroll in our university will be registered by personally applying to the Faculty / Vocational School student affairs unit between 27 July and 21 August 2026. Required documents are listed below.
 

Kesin kayıt için aşağıdaki belgeler istenilir: / Following documents are required during the final registration process:

1. Lise diploması ve transkript belgesinin aslı / Original high school diploma and transcript document,
2. Denklik belgesi (Denklik belgesini Milletlerarası ortaöğretim kurumlarından mezun olanlar ile Türk vatandaşlığına sahip yurtdışı ortaöğretim kurumlarından mezun olanlardan istenilecektir.) / Equivalence certificate (Equivalence certificate will be requested from those who graduated from international secondary education institutions and those who graduated from foreign secondary education institutions with Turkish citizenship).
3. TR-YÖS ile başvuru yapanlar için sınav sonuç belgesi / For those who apply with TR-YÖS, the exam result document.
4. Pasaportun kopyası, (Suriye uyruklu ve sığınmacılardan pasaportu olmayanlar için Tanıtma Kartı) / Copy of passport (Description Cards for Syrian citizens and asylum seekers without passports),
5. 2 adet biyometrik fotoğraf / 2 pieces of biometric photos,
6. Maddi Durum Belge Beyanı Formu (İlgili Akademik Birimlerde mevcuttur.) / Financial Status Declaration Form (Available at the Relevant Academic Unit)
7. Öğretim dili Türkçe olan programlara yerleştirilen öğrencilerin en az C1 düzeyinde Türkçe Yeterliklerinin olduğunu Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı tarafından tanınan Türkçe Eğitim Merkezlerinde düzenlenen Türkçe Yeterlik Sınavları ile belgelendirmesi gerekmektedir (Zorunlu değil) / Students who are placed in programs with Turkish as a teaching language need to be certified with the Turkish Proficiency Examinations held at the Turkish Education Centers recognized by the Council of Higher Education, where at least the C1 level of Turkish Proficiency is available. If available, English proficiency certificate for the students placed to the programs whose medium of instruction is English.(Not obligatory),
8. Eğitim-Öğretim dili yabancı dil olan programlara yerleştirilen öğrencilerin Üniversitelerarası Kurulun eşdeğer kabul ettiği Uluslararası sınavlardan yeterli puan almış olanlar, YÖK ve ÖSYM tarafından yapılan Yabancı Dil Sınavlarından 70 veya üzeri puan aldığını belgelendirmesi gerekmektedir / Those, placed in programs with foreign language instruction, are required to certify that they have got enough points from the International Examinations (ANNEX-2), which are accepted by the Interuniversity council as equivalents, from the Foreign Language Examinations conducted by YÖK and ÖSYM, they should certify their scores showing 70 or higher. (Not obligatory),
9. Öğrenim ücretinin yatırıldığını gösteren banka dekontu / Bank receipt confirming the payment of the tuition fee,
10. Ortaöğretim (lise) öğrenimini (KKTC hariç) yurt dışında tamamlayan T.C. vatandaşları ile uyruğundan biri T.C. olan çift uyruklu öğrencilerin öğrenim süresi boyunca öğrenim gördüğü ülkede bulunduğunu gösterir yurda giriş - çıkış belgesi. (E-devletten, Emniyet Müdürlüklerinden veya dış temsilciliklerimize müracaat ederek alabilirsiniz.) /  A document showing that Turkish Citizens (except TRNC) and dual nationalities with at least one Turkish identity having completed their high school abroad, have been in the country during their education period with their entry and exit document (accessible in the e-government system, any police stations or by applying to the next foreign representative office). 

• * 2026-2027 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılına ilişkin katkı payı ve öğrenim ücretlerini belirleyen Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı henüz yayımlanmadığından, kayıt yaptıracak yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerden öncelikle 2025-2026 eğitim-öğretim yılı öğrenim ücreti tahsil edilecektir. Kararın yayımlanmasının ardından Üniversitemiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenecek 2026-2027 eğitim-öğretim yılı öğrenim ücretinin daha yüksek olması halinde, oluşacak ücret farkı ayrıca tahakkuk ettirilecektir. / As the Presidential Decree determining the student contribution fees and tuition fees for the 2026–2027 Academic Year has not yet been published, international students who register will initially be required to pay the tuition fee applicable for the 2025–2026 Academic Year. If the tuition fee determined by the University Executive Board for the 2026–2027 Academic Year following the publication of the Decree is higher, the difference in tuition fees will be charged to the students separately.
• ** Kabul mektubu almak isteyen öğrencilerimiz başvuru sistemi üzerinde yer alan yerleştirme bilgileri kısmından gerekli belgeyi temin edebilirler. / Candidates who need a letter of acceptance can obtain the required document by using the placement information tab in the application system.
• *** Uluslararası öğrenciler aynı akademik yıl içerisinde kayıtlı oldukları üniversiteyi yalnızca bir defaya mahsus olarak değiştirebileceklerdir. Kayıt hakkı kazanan adayların bu hususu göz önünde bulundurarak kayıt yaptırması büyük önem arz etmektedir. / International students will be able to change the university they are enrolled in the same academic year only once. It is of great importance for the candidates who are entitled to enrol to register by taking this into consideration.

• **** Kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrencilerden kayıt yaptırmayanların olması halinde boş kalan kontenjanlara mevcut başvurular üzerinden 25 Ağustos 2026 tarihinde ek yerleştirme yapılacaktır. / Additional placements will take place on 25 August 2026, based on current applications, for vacant quotas. Hence, accepted but not registered candidates will receive a second chance.
