The Department of Graphics at Necmettin Erbakan University offers a comprehensive education that integrates artistic creativity, visual communication, and contemporary design practices. Structured around three complementary areas of specialisation—Graphic Design, Graphic Arts (Printmaking), and Digital Media—the department provides students with both traditional artistic foundations and emerging digital competencies. Through a studio-based and project-oriented curriculum, students develop creative, technical, and critical thinking skills while exploring typography, illustration, photography, printmaking, branding, publication design, web and interactive media, animation, and game design. The programme encourages experimentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional development, preparing graduates for careers in the creative industries as well as postgraduate study.
