We contribute to the development of our students at a high level in our Computer, Printing and Photography Workshops where we conduct intensive practice. You can examine our Workshops from the links at the bottom of this page.
Since we will apply different techniques for each method, the materials we will use in these techniques vary.
For example: If we are going to make a linocut, we use carving knives. We draw our design on the surface we will use as a mold, (we can do without drawing) we carve the areas we do not want to appear in the print and after coloring the parts that remain high, we carry this process to a different surface. If we are going to make a flat print, we can do completely abstract spotty works on a flat surface without creating any height or depression; or figurative, realistic works; we transfer our design to the surface where it will come to life. Brushes, inks, paints, thinners are indispensable for our work. Mold is parallel to reproducibility, which is the main element of graphic design.
These works done in a workshop environment require unity and togetherness. Workshop environments, which are at the forefront with the values of sharing and support, not only allow for works that are valuable in terms of art and design; they also turn into a warm environment where sincere and heartfelt sharing occurs.
We do not use stoves for heating. We achieve this due to the division of labor, togetherness and strong communication between us. Workshops are always the warmest environments of academies. If your faculty or college has any program in visual arts or applied fields, you will definitely be asked this question; do you have workshops?
Yes, we have a workshop.
Yes, it is actively used.
We are waiting for you all to make your original prints.
