The Department of Public Relations and Advertising was established in 2012. The department consists of two main branches of science: Public Relations and Publicity and Advertising. The Department of Public Relations and Advertising aims to train individuals who have acquired effective public relations, publicity and advertising skills for the public and private sectors by providing qualified labor force in the fields of public relations, advertising and media. The aim of the Department of Public Relations and Advertising is to train professionals and scientists who have learned scientific methods in the fields of public relations, publicity, advertising and media; who have scientific thinking, who can conduct research and planning in their field, and who can look at events and facts with a strategic approach. The students of the department support their theoretical knowledge with many applications they carry out (commercial film shootings, interviews, social media projects, graphic design products, etc.).
