Make-up exams for students who were eligible to take the 2025-2026 academic year spring semester midterm exams but were unable to do so due to valid and justifiable reasons accepted by the board of directors will be held between May 5-7, 2026.

Make-up exam applications can be made in person or online by sending a signed application form to [email protected]. The results of the application evaluation, along with the exam dates and times, will be announced on our college's website.

ARTICLE 12 – (1) e) (Amended: RG-26/9/2022-31965) Make-up exam: The right to a make-up exam is granted to students who were unable to attend midterm exams due to a valid excuse. Applications for make-up exams are made within the period specified in

Article 18. Make-up exams and their results are completed at the latest one week before the general exams. No make-up exam right is granted for any other exam. Students who were entitled to take midterm exams but were unable to do so, and whose valid excuses are accepted by the relevant administrative boards, may use their midterm exam right within the same semester, on the day, place, and time announced by the dean's office or directorate. Students cannot take exams during the period they are on sick leave. The exams of students who take the exam during the period they are on sick leave will be considered invalid.
