About Us
The Department of Machinery and Metal Technologies, Machine Program was opened in 2002. The Machine Program is a 2-year program consisting of 4 semesters, each with 30 ECTS. The Machine Program curriculum, which is constantly updated in line with current developments in the field and the demands and needs of the sector; covers the subjects of Technical Drawing and Machine Professional Drawing, Workshop Application Skills, Computer Aided Drawing, Computer Aided Manufacturing, CNC (Lathe-Milling) Technologies, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Material Technology, Measurement Control, Quality Control, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Unconventional Production Methods, System Analysis and Design. Courses are given theoretically and practically. Vocational courses that require practice are given mostly in workshops and computer laboratories. In order for the courses to be compatible with the industry, attention is paid to relations with the industry and the market. Courses are supported by internships in the summer months.
Purpose:
To train qualified technical personnel who have theoretical and practical knowledge in line with the requirements of the age, who are inquisitive, productive, constantly renew themselves, prone to teamwork, self-confident, and aware of their professional, moral and social responsibilities.
Vision:
To be a program that trains technical personnel whose graduates have a high level of professional knowledge and skills required by the industry, who can easily adapt to business life and technological developments, and who are preferred and sought after by the sector.

To train individuals who have acquired professional competence, can follow technological developments, are equipped and constantly renew themselves, are inquisitive and productive.
