Department of Industrial Engineering

The Department of Industrial Engineering was established in 2012 and consists of two divisions: Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. We offer education at both the undergraduate level (in English) and the graduate level (in Turkish). The department currently has 2 Professors, 3 Associate Professors, 3 Assistant Professors, and 3 Research Assistants.

The Department of Industrial Engineering aims to educate engineers who are capable of designing, improving, and managing integrated systems that include people, materials, machines, and capital. Our mission is to contribute to the efficient use of resources such as time, money, materials, and energy, while enhancing the quality of engineering services and producing outcomes aligned with this goal.
