MISSION
Necmettin Erbakan University International Rumi Center for Civilizational Studies has committed itself to fulfilling the following activities in order to conduct in-depth research on civilizations and to foster a global environment of dialogue:

Specialized Library: Establishing a specialized library comprising books, newspapers, historical documents, photographs, and films written and published in various languages on world cultures and civilizations,

International Mobility: Facilitating student and scholar exchange programs and establishing joint initiatives with national and international centers and institutes sharing similar objectives,

Academic Publishing: Publishing periodicals in Turkish and English languages dedicated to the study of civilizations,

VISION
Founded on December 9, 2013, the vision of Necmettin Erbakan University International Rumi Center for Civilizational Studies—in line with the mission it has undertaken since its establishment—is to become a highly prestigious and respected research center that is globally recognized as a point of reference in civilizational studies, produces high-quality projects, and leads in multilingual publishing through its specialized library on world cultures and civilizations, international academic exchange programs, and active role within the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Forum network.
