The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department aims to train qualified graduates who are knowledgeable about all the subtleties of Turkish and World culinary arts, prone to teamwork, able to easily adapt to developing technology, able to take their profession further with their creative and original thinking and professional competencies, able to combine the skills they have acquired in food and beverage preparation with cultural and artistic knowledge and able to apply them by further strengthening cooperation with the sector. The purpose of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department is to provide students with the knowledge, creative skills and technological competencies required for a career in the food and/or kitchen sector.
