Food Processing Department

Necmettin Erbakan University Food Processing Department Flour and Bakery Technology Program aims to train qualified technical staff for the production, processing, quality control and innovation processes of flour and bakery products, which are the cornerstones of the food industry. The program offers students a comprehensive education supported by practical training as well as theoretical knowledge. Our students graduate ready for the sector by gaining knowledge in areas such as hygiene and sanitation, quality control, process technologies and R&D. Our students, who gain equipment through various technical trips, laboratory studies and sectoral collaborations during the education process, gain employment advantages at both local and national levels.
