EXPRESS CONSENT DECLARATION UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By Necmettin Erbakan University, with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, personal data within the scope of this law, by the university in the capacity of data controller or by data processors authorized by taking the necessary security measures; In order to fulfill the public service offered by the university in the best way and to provide public services in a reliable and uninterrupted manner, my identity, address, contact information and other personal data, especially for the purpose for which they are processed or processed in the legislation; It can be processed, obtained, recorded in accordance with the general principles expressed in Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. that it can be safely stored, preserved, changed, rearranged, disclosed and transferred in accordance with the legislation, inherited, classified, processed or the use of the data can be prevented, that I have been informed by the University regarding the above-mentioned issues; and I accept and declare that I have my express consent within the framework of the KVK Law.
Provided that my personal data is bound to the above-mentioned purposes, by the university to university employees, officials, legally authorized units, etc. to other public institutions and organizations, in order to carry out their activities, within the framework of legal obligations and legal restrictions, for the execution of the services and / or activities to be provided to me by the university or protocol I accept and declare that it can be transferred to the service providers that I have made and that I have my express consent in this regard.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVK Law and the relevant legislation, to apply to the university to learn whether personal data about myself is processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose, Third, to which personal data is transferred at home or abroad; to know the persons, to request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request the deletion or destruction of my personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of this data disappear, these correction and deletion requests are the transfer of personal data; ;third; I have the right to request the notification of the persons, to object to the emergence of a result against myself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, to demand the compensation of the damage due to the unlawful processing of my personal data.
