Necmettin Erbakan University Ereğli Kemal Akman Vocational School was established under the name of Selçuk University Ereğli Vocational School in 1987-1988 academic year. The Department of Construction provides education from the 1987-1988 academic year in the university.

In order to graduate from a program in which a student is registered, all courses in that program must be completed and completed and the GPA must be at least 2.00. The total ECTS credit in a program is 120 for two years associate degree programs according to the level of diploma in which the related program is included in the Higher Education Council and the credit range determined according to the framework of higher education qualifications for the field.
