Southern University Dean and Academic Staff of Computer Engineering Department Visited Our University

Dean of Computer Engineering Department of Southern University located in Louisiana State in USA, Prof. Dr. Habib Mohamadian, Department Head Prof. Dr. Ebrahim Khosravi and Osman Kandara together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Memiş Işık has paid a visit to our university. They were escorted by Dean of Faculty of Aeronautics and Space Sciences of our University Prof. Dr. Şerafettin Erel during their meetings with our Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Aydın and academic staff of Faculty of Engineering of our University respectively. The meeting passed with mutual expression of opinions and visitor deputies answered the questions of our academic staff. They informed our academic staff generally on education in USA and educational subjects at the university they are employed before visiting our Rector Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Şeker at his office.

At the meeting, at which our Vice Rector Prof.Dr. Tahir Yüksek accompanied too, the content comprised of the initial talks about the protocol that will be prepared about the joint education of undergraduate and graduate students. At the end of the visit, in remembrance of the day, the deputation was presented with a handbag consisting of a catalog and a cd promoting our University. 
Visitor deputation has expressed their gratitude to our Rector Mr.Şeker for the hospitality of our University. Southern University Deputation has invited our Rector and Vice Rectors in April to their University.
