               Mission
      To ensure that all necessary procedures are completed completely and as soon as possible, within the framework of the relevant laws and regulations, during the education period of the Research Assistants appointed to our University within the scope of the Faculty Member Training Program (ÖYP) by the Council of Higher Education.
 
               Vision
    Research Assistants who work in coordination with the Council of Higher Education and all universities and receive postgraduate education within the scope of ÖYP; It has the vision of being a coordination unit that encourages academic staff by supporting innovative, participatory, research and development-oriented scientific studies.
