Born in 1975 in Sandıklı, Ecevit Öksüz completed his primary and secondary education in Sandıklı, and his high school education in Konya Religious Vocational High School. After graduating from Business Administration, he completed his master's degree at Selçuk University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Management and Organization.
Ecevit Öksüz, who had held senior management positions in the retail, construction, machinery, food and agriculture/livestock sectors, was appointed as the Secretary General of Necmettin Erbakan University in July 2019. Öksüz is married and has three children.
Ecevit Öksüz, who is still the Chairman of the Imam Hatipliler Foundation of Turkey (Timav), is a member of non-governmental organizations and platforms such as National Will Platform, Turkish Voluntary Organizations Foundation (TGTV), Union of Non-Governmental Organizations of the Islamic World (IDSB), Civic Solidarity Platform, Educational Support Platform, Konya Non-Governmental Organizations Platform, Konya Journalists Association, Writers Union of Turkey Konya Branch and Konya Advertisers Association, and has active duties in some of them.
