With the knowledge gained in the courses conducted by the Department of Food Hygiene and Technology, our graduate students; It is grown to meet the needs of the food industry, who knows the production technologies of foods, makes quality controls, and can transfer new developments to the field. It can carry out activities to raise awareness of producers and consumers about healthy foods. In addition, researches can be conducted on the quality of existing products and the development of new products that will contribute to the development of the food industry.
Provincial and district animal health directorates affiliated to the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises Central and Animal Breeding and Production Institutions, Veterinary Control and Research Institutes Regional Laboratories, Meat and Fish Institution, Dairy Industry Institution, Yapağı ve Tiftik A.Ş, Feed Industry, Municipalities, Private slaughterhouses, Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) Research Laboratories, army animal health and food control services, pharmaceutical companies, private sector farms and animal production-based food industry, all public health and environmental health related institutions and organizations. They can work in markets and wholesale points where food is sold in their establishments, House and Ornamental Animal Sales, Shelter and Training Places, private stud farms, private animal hospitals and open their own clinics.
