Department of Turkish Education was established in 1998. Department of Turkish Education uses Turkish correctly and beautifully, communicates effectively, thinks scientifically, creatively and critically, knows its rights and responsibilities, can be in harmony with its environment, enjoys reading and learning, is interested in science, culture and art activities, uses information technologies and produces aims to educate individuals who are competent in their field of expertise and equipped with contemporary knowledge, manners and skills. The aim of the Department of Turkish Education is to train qualified Turkish teachers at the undergraduate level and to contribute academically to Turkish education with the studies conducted at the graduate level and the theses managed.
