Perspectives of Higher Education in the Framework of Cooperation of the Countries along the One Belt and One Road

Prof. Dr. Önder KUTLU, Kırgızistan Eastern University ve Çin Northwest University tarafından Bişkek'te 29 Haziran 2017 tarihinde düzenlenen ''Perspectives of Higher Education in the Framework of Cooperation of the Countries along the One Belt and One Road'' başlıklı Kongre'ye katılmıştır. Kongre'nin açılış konuşmasını Prof. Dr. Önder KUTLU yapmış ve ''Policy Transfer and Policy Learning in the Silk Road Region'' başlıklı bir tebliğ sunmuştur.
